As well as spearheading the growth of KEY across 20+countries, he is a recognised pioneer in the development of FM as a professional discipline worldwide. His roles include Chair of the British Institute of Facilities Management and the British Standards Institution FM Committee. Currently, he is leading the ISO TC 267 for Facility Management and the creation of the first international FM standards.
